TOUR ITINERARIES:
All our tour itineraries are strictly, tailor made, in order to meet clients needs, interests, and their desired primate experiences, while on board our safaris.

TOUR RESERVATION:
We strongly recommend, and advise our clients to reserve our series of primate safaris, at least 8 months in advance.

The clients who plan to have their primate safari experiences during the months of June > October, or December > February, should make sure that their gorilla tracking permits are reserved and purchased, at least, 8 months in advance.

This will assist us to make reservations for the necessary permits, and your hotel accommodation.

N.B.:
Our primate safaris DO NOT include gorilla tracking in the Bwindi Impenetrable, and Mgahinga Gorilla national parks, in Uganda, due to the inherent problems of securing the necessary permits in the two parks.

FLIGHTS:
The Clients may fly in, and fly out, via the Kigali Airport, in Rwanda, or use the Entebbe Airport, in Uganda.

All our 2 countries primate safaris starting in Rwanda, at Kigali Airport will end in Uganda, at Entebbe Airport, and vice versa.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
The standard means of ground transportation is by 4 x 4 WD vehicles, driven by our English – speaking Tour Guides.

TOUR PRICE:
Our tour prices are inclusive, covering the standard daily meals, soft drinks / mineral water, accommodation, transportation, fuel, parks visitation fees and permits, and the daily allowances for the Tour Guide / Driver.

Excluded from the price are all expenses of personal nature, such as alcoholic drinks, tips, telephone calls, Internet services, laundry services, Air Tickets, Visa fees, medical treatment expenses, cost of drugs, and any medical or health rescue operation expenses, if any.

Our tour prices are quoted in US-Dollars, but may, also, be paid in Rwanda Francs, Uganda Shillings, or in Euros, at the prevailing market exchange rates.

THE MODE OF PAYMENT:
Once our clients have accepted our tour itinerary, and the pertinent all inclusive tour price, we shall, immediately, provide the details of our bank, where the agreed sum of money, will be sent.
